Who is Tim?
Tim Sell is an international expert in all levels of aggression management, use of force, violence, and emergency management training. He has received international endorsement and has been selected by numerous governments and corporate bodies to assist them in creating their own specialised training plans and risk management programs. (Seriously, Google him)
Tim Sell started in 1986 and is the longest running Security, Aggression Management, Emergency Management Training and Risk Management trainer in Australia.
Why would you do this course?
To help you learn the skills, strategies & techniques to be able to deal with complex NDIS and aged care clients or family members.
It is designed to train support workers & carers to defend themselves when their clients or family members, who have complex behaviours, attack them.
Training in a non-violent defence system to help carers & support workers protect themselves when their clients are:
* Hitting
* Abusive
* Punching
* Kicking
* Biting
* Scratching
* Pulling hair
* Spitting
All support workers & carers need to be trained to deal with aggression from the NDIS & aged care clients/family members they look after in a safe, non-restrictive, legal, ethical, & humane manner.

This is open to anyone who cares for people with a disability or the elderly.
Cost $250 per person for the one day course.

What?
You will receive certification upon completion of the course by Emergency Management Training Australia & be able to confidently manage complex behaviours from clients and family members.
